Job summary

Jackson Thornton is offering a Spring 2028 accounting internship across Montgomery, Birmingham, Dothan, and Auburn, AL. Interns willGain real-world experience through hands-on projects and mentorship while working 30–40 hours per week in-office.

The program aligns with CPA aspirations and offers a pathway to full-time employment. Selected interns will gain exposure to various client projects and networking opportunities within the firm’s JTYP, with optional extensions through April 2028 for

Qualifications

• Actively seeking or have completed an accounting undergraduate or Masters degree.
• Completed Intermediate Accounting I & II by internship start.
• Desire to obtain the CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world accounting experience through hands-on projects.
• Work 30 hours per week in-office as part of the spring internship.
• Receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals.
