Job summary

Enterprise is seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 for the Sales Management Internship in Mercer County, with offices in Princeton, Lawrenceville, Trenton or Bordentown. This paid program runs 20–25 hours per week and includes training and hands-on leadership development.

You will rotate through sales-related tasks, learn fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy while collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
• Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
• Must attend a mandatory day of training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in one of the following: Customer Service, Leadership, or Sports Leadership & Competition.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12 week spring internship program.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in Mercer County for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Management Internship Program and contribute to projects that build skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies.
• Engage in intern projects, collaborative learning, and friendly peer competition; potential performance incentives may apply.
• Operate as a paid intern in Enterprise’s Mercer County offices, with support from teammates and leadership throughout the 12-week program.

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. We are seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 who are available to work 20-25 hours per week throughout their final semester. This opportunity offers $18.00 per hour and is based in one of our offices within Mercer County including but not limited to Princeton, Lawrenceville, Trenton or Bordentown.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
