Enterprise Holdings invites you to a Management Trainee Internship in the West Palm Beach area. This paid, part-time (25 hours/week) 12-week program starts mid‑January 2027 and pays $18.50/hour. You’ll learn to run a business, support management and build leadership skills with peers.

As a rising senior, you’ll tackle real challenges in sales, customer service and operations, gaining hands-on experience while forming relationships with customers and coworkers in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or senior for Bachelor's program
• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver’s license with ≤2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in future
• Available to work 10–12 weeks in Spring starting mid‑January 2027

Responsibilities

• Develop fleet management skills and customer relationships
• Participate in projects and compete with peers
• Learn marketing strategies and customer service fundamentals
• Gain exposure to management principles in a team-based setting

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is specifically for the greater West Palm Beach Area, which includes the following locations: West Palm Beach, Palm Springs, Lake Worth, Royal Palm Beach, and Wellington.

Pay for this position is $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid-January 2027
