The Logistics Operations & Analytics Intern will support multiple functions within onsemi's Global Logistics & Distribution organization, providing broad exposure to logistics operations, distribution, systems and analytics, trade compliance, and project management. This position is designed to provide hands‑on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to key business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Interest in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, analytics, and process improvement.
- Previous internship, project, or coursework related to supply chain, logistics, analytics, operations, or project management.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar business systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or supply chain optimization.
