Job summary

Endicott College invites applications for instructors to teach in-person courses for the Spring 2027 semester. Courses begin January 25, 2027 and run through May 14, 2027, with in-person lectures and online/onsite formats as described in the listing.

The position requires a Master’s degree and prior college teaching experience is preferred. Instructors will use Canvas, adhere to the faculty handbook, meet rosters and grades deadlines, and communicate with the dean about course issues.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; college-level teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the course in person in assigned time blocks.
• Abide by Endicott’s academic policies as described in the College’s faculty handbook.
• Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.
• Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
• Communicate with the dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.
• Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter, if requested.
• Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.
• Use Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.
