About the Position

We are seeking a self motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Lab Test Project and Planning team. This role offers hands‑on experience in managing diverse engineering and business projects, with a strong focus on digital tools and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and tracking a wide range of lab test projects.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and performance reporting.
• Create and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business efficiency.
• Support resource planning and allocation using MS Project and/or other tools.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making and project planning.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools, specifically in resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Education and Other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines or a related field:

  • Business
• Must be available to work on‑site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester,
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled as a full‑time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
3. Minimum duration: 10-12 weeks (summer); 10-16 weeks (spring and fall).
4. Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
5. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
