The Johnson & Johnson Finance Co-Op is a six-month experience designed for students who want hands-on exposure, meaningful projects, and mentorship from finance professionals. Opportunities in finance can include Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, Internal Audit, Tax and other finance areas. Specific responsibilities may include budget support, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, month/year end closing procedures. Throughout the experience, you’ll build practical skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving while working alongside teams that help drive business decisions.In this role, you may support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional business projects.
