Job summary

Congresswoman Kelly Morrison (MN-03) in Washington, DC is seeking Spring 2027 interns to support the office in performing constituent services and legislative duties. Congresswoman Kelly Morrison (MN-03) is seeking interns for Spring 2027 in her Washington, DC office.

This paid, in-person internship offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in Congress while serving the constituents of Minnesota's Third Congressional District. Interns are integrated into the day-to-day work of the office and have the opportunity to engage with the legislative, communications, and operations teams. Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism and good judgment when interacting with constituents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in public service, government, and the legislative process

The following are a plus, but not required:

• Experience in a professional, customer service, or office setting
• Ties to Minnesota/Minnesota's Third Congressional District
• A good sense of humor and positive attitude

Additional Information

Starting and ending dates are flexible, although prospective interns should be able to commit to at least 24 hours per week during the internship.
