Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Spring 2027 Construction (Self-Perform) Intern for our Dallas Regional Office. This full-time, on-site internship runs roughly January 7, 2027 to May 21, 2027, offering exposure to construction management processes and project documentation.

You will work with senior staff to support budgeting, scheduling, and system development, gain hands-on experience managing invoices, submittals, and change orders, and help maintain project records in Procore and associated platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to analyze data and assist with cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction project management tasks and document audits.
• Review submittals, prepare submittal lists, and coordinate lien waivers.
• Support invoice processing and budgeting efforts using Procore.
• Maintain and audit project documentation in Procore and Legal Hub.
