Job summary

Mercor is seeking a contract Spreadsheet QA / workbook maintenance evaluator. This remote role involves assessing AI-generated documents and spreadsheets against quality rubrics and providing structured feedback to improve AI outputs.

You will work with AI research teams, operate independently, and meet deadlines. Requirements include 5+ years in Spreadsheet QA, fluency in English, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Spreadsheet QA and workbook maintenance.
• Native or professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve accuracy and rigor of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality evaluations.
