Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a full-time Spray Technician to join our outdoor landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with a willingness to learn and become a certified applicator through provided training.

Qualifications

• Licensed pesticide applicator in AZ (Category 4 and 3)
• Independent work ability with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good work ethic and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training

Responsibilities

• Apply weed, insect, disease and nutritional deficiency treatments as directed
• Perform pest control applications following company guidelines
• Conduct backpack, granular, and high-volume spray applications
• Document all work via records and logs
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
