Job summary

AllWater Aquatic Resource Management is seeking an Aquatic Technician to oversee maintenance programs for lakes, ponds, and stormwater systems. You will work on-site, operate small watercraft, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

You will communicate with clients, apply best practices, and learn core principles of lake and pond management, including water quality testing and invasive species control. Travel and outdoor work are required in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating boats and towing trailers is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with various types of equipment and report necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, particularly when interacting with clients and team members.

Purpose:
