Lawn Care Technician – Join the Canopy Lawn Care Team

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating healthier, greener lawns through our soil-first approach. This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you’ll deliver professional lawn treatments while helping homeowners achieve stronger, more resilient turf.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications
• Perform services such as aeration and seeding to improve lawn density and health
• Safely operate equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care tools
• Diagnose lawn conditions and communicate service details clearly to customers
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and operating properly
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites professionally
• Work with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality service
• In the first 90 days have take and pass Spray License

Qualifications

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
