Job summary

Method Search Consultants is seeking a hands-on Custom Applicator & Operations Support Specialist in Colorado. In this full-time role, you will apply crop protection products and fertilizers on customers’ fields using top-tier equipment, while coordinating daily activities with the agronomy team.

You’ll maintain records, support inventory and facility upkeep, and ensure a clean, safe work environment year-round.

Qualifications

• Commercial Pesticide Applicator license or ability to obtain one.
• Valid CDL with required endorsements and DOT physical.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of DOT/state/federal regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail with complex equipment.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop protection products (dry & liquid fertilizers, chemicals, and lime) on customers’ fields.
• Communicate daily activities with the agronomy superintendent or location manager.
• Support agronomy operations including inventory handling and facility upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment year-round (mowing, snow removal, weed control).
• Ensure all application and transportation equipment is operated and maintained to the highest standards.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of applications, equipment servicing, and inventory levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
