Builders Installed Products is hiring a Spray Foam Installer in New Hampshire. Start at $35/hour with paid training, then transition to a performance-based piece-rate system based on project needs and outcomes.

The role involves safely installing spray foam insulation, measuring materials, and operating related equipment on various sites while maintaining high safety standards and collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Spray Foam Applicator or similar role.
• Knowledge of spray foam materials and application techniques.
• Understanding of safety procedures and handling chemicals/equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.

Responsibilities

• Safely install spray foam insulation per project specs and standards.
• Prepare job sites and protect surfaces; set up equipment.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment including spray guns and compressors.
• Measure chemicals accurately to achieve desired foam consistency.
• Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, attics and other areas.
• Ensure proper coverage and thickness for energy efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings for optimal application.

$35/hour to start!

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently install spray foam insulation following project specifications and industry standards
• Able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare job sites by protecting surfaces and setting up equipment
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including spray guns, hoses, and compressors
• Measure chemicals accurately to achieve the desired foam consistency
• Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas
• Ensure proper coverage and thickness of the insulation for maximum energy efficiency and performance
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed to achieve optimal foam application
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Spray Foam Applicator or similar role
• Knowledge of spray foam insulation materials, equipment, and application techniques
• Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in handling chemicals and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record with DOT preferred.
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA certification, spray foam applicator certification) are preferred but not mandatory***

The role requires lifting heavy materials (up to 75 lbs), standing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Repetitive motions and the ability to work in various weather conditions are also required. Strong physical stamina and attention to safety are essential.
