Job summary

Suburban Construction Services, a valued member of the Installed Building Products (IBP) family, is seeking a Spray Foam Applicator to install insulation on diverse commercial projects. You will prepare sites, protect surfaces, and operate spray foam systems to achieve precise thickness and energy efficiency.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Spray Foam Applicator or similar role.
• Knowledge of spray foam insulation materials, equipment, and application techniques.
• Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in handling chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently install spray foam insulation following project specs and industry standards.
• Prepare job sites by protecting surfaces and setting up equipment.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including spray guns and compressors.
• Measure chemicals accurately to achieve the desired foam consistency.
• Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas.
• Ensure proper coverage and thickness for energy efficiency and performance.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize application.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
