Energy One America seeks a Spray Foam Installer for the Southeast Division, based in Charleston, SC, serving the Carolinas and Georgia. The role focuses on applying spray polyurethane foam insulation and coatings in commercial and government facilities, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have insulation installation experience, familiarity with drawings, and the stamina for manual labor and working at height.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install spray foam and coatings to walls, roofs, ceilings to required thickness and coverage.
• Operate spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses and spray guns safely; maintain equipment.
• Prepare job sites, mask areas and set up equipment.
• Measure and mix insulation materials per manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect work for adhesion and compliance; coordinate with project managers to meet schedules.

Spray Foam Installer - Southeast Division

Position Type: Full Time / Manual Labor
Location: Charleston, SC, US (Serving South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and surrounding areas)

This role focuses on the installation of spray polyurethane foam and specialized coatings in high-level commercial and government facilities.

This role is responsible for the installation of spray polyurethane foam insulation in commercial and government structures such as warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities. We require professional-level experience and a positive, forward-thinking attitude to ensure the sustainability and performance of buildings across the region.

• Incentives: $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, Production Pay, and Per Diem for travel available.

Candidate Requirements

• Must first and foremost be a cultural fit for our team.
• Experience: Prior experience in insulation installations or related construction trades.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting (at least 60 lbs.), climbing, and working at heights.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Safety: Knowledge of construction safety standards and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installation: Apply foam and coatings evenly to walls, roofs, ceilings, and other surfaces to required thickness and coverage.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses, and spray guns safely and efficiently; maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Site Prep: Prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces, masking areas, and setting up equipment.
• Material Management: Measure and mix insulation materials according to manufacturer specifications.
• Quality & Collaboration: Inspect completed work for proper adhesion and compliance; work with project managers and crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
