Job summary

TruTeam in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a safety-minded team member to join our warehouse and field operations. You will load trucks, inspect equipment, unload and stage materials at job sites, and help keep sites safe and efficient.

This is a physical, safety-sensitive role requiring up to 50-pound lifts, daily local travel, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities to grow with a nationwide insulation and building products leader.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $13.00 - $30.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
