Job summary

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing in Florida is seeking a Spray Fireproofing Mixer/Equipment Operator to prepare and mix spray foam material daily and to set up and operate mixing and spraying equipment at varied job sites.

You will monitor machine performance, perform thickness checks, and maintain a clean, organized work area while traveling statewide. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols, with PPE provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with fireproofing materials and mixing processes.
• Must complete a respiratory and fit test provided by Alpha before spraying begins.
• Knowledge of equipment setup and operation with attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Close attention to physical coordination is necessary while operating mixers and related equipment. Use of proper PPE is mandatory at all times.
