Job summary

SystImmune, Inc. in Bothell, WA seeks a Spotfire Clinical Data Analyst to install, optimize, and expand Spotfire-based visualizations for real-time clinical review and patient profiling.

The role collaborates with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations to deliver robust dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Spotfire experience in oncology/hematology trials, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with SAS/R and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Life Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Spotfire visualization development and administration in a clinical trial setting.
• Expert-level Spotfire scripting and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAS/R, SQL, and data manipulation in a clinical context.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and EDC systems like Medidata RAVE.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of Spotfire for clinical data analysis.
• Design and maintain Spotfire dashboards for patient profiles and real-time clinical data review.
• Develop interactive visualizations to support surveillance, reconciliation, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations to gather requirements.
• Maintain a Global Spotfire Library and establish visualization standards.
• Train and mentor staff in Spotfire usage and dashboard best practices.
