Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations within a North American trucking or brokerage environment.
  • Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment.
  • Clear communicator who works well across sales and operations teams.

Charger Logistics is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to support our growing US commercial operations. You'll own the spot quoting process across key North American lanes — building sharp, margin-aware rates that help our sales team close business and keep our network moving.
