Workstream is seeking experienced restaurant leaders for multiple management levels in Indiana. You will guide teams, uphold service standards, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience.

Open roles include AM, AGM, and GM with a salary range of $46,000–$60,000, depending on role and experience. We offer clear advancement, leadership development, and structured training to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Food and Alcohol service.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Experience with EcoSure preferred.
• The ability to pass a background and credit check.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, interviewing, coaching and counseling.
• Previous manager experience at full service operation.
• Experience dealing with alcohol sales in a full-service operation.
• Experience managing a staff of at least 30 employees.
• Requires intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the human resource function in the restaurant ensuring recruitment, selection, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance management functions meet or exceed company specified criteria.
• Ensures the daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Complies with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicates all changes to team members
• Ensures overall food quality and handling, safety, security, service and cleanliness standards are met.

The Restaurant Manager provides leadership and assistance to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community- connected. The Restaurant Manager will exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards.
