Susquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm known for scientific rigor and teamwork. This full-time trading role involves making rapid decisions to trade a wide range of sports and political products using in-house models and technology.

You will trade primarily American sports such as NFL, NBA, MLB, and more, run and refine pregame and in-game strategies, and recap past decisions to improve future outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (math/stats/CS/physics/economics) required.
• Interest in NFL/NBA/NCAAF/NCAAB/soccer/tennis/baseball.
• Strong quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible hours; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Trade a wide range of sports and political products using in-house models and technology.
• Run and maintain strategies to trade pregame and in-game to maximize expectancy and other business objectives.
• Analyze and recap past decision making to improve future trading decisions.
• Note interesting trading and market dynamics to suggest areas of research for the quant team.
• Brainstorming useful strategies and features to improve future trading.
