Job summary

TRUE SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC is seeking a Level 2 Staff Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-informed care for a sports-focused caseload. You will evaluate, plan, and monitor progress, while mentoring newer staff and contributing to clinic education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with athletes, coaches, and healthcare professionals to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and promote injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required and active state license.
• At least 18 months of PT experience, with 12 months at True Sports.
• Preferred certifications: CSCS, PES, ATC, USAW, SCS, OCS, Cert DN.
• Strong communication and commitment to continual learning.

Responsibilities

• Assess athletes' injuries and develop personalized treatment plans based on findings.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities for recovery.
• Educate on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare professionals to monitor progress.
• Determine treatment frequency and adjust plans based on response.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation including assessments and progress notes.
• Mentor and train new staff PTs; lead in-services and CE sessions.
• Host clinical students and support learning opportunities.
• Support clinic marketing through events and outreach.
