Valparaiso University seeks a Director of Strength and Conditioning to design and lead progressive programs for designated sports. Responsibilities include in-season/out-of-season planning, team and individual programming, and collaboration with coaching staff on nutrition and safety.
Responsibilities also include facility maintenance and equipment oversight, and coordination with Sports Medicine for rehab as needed.
Responsible for direction and instruction of a competitive, progressive strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports. Coordinate and implement, plan and manage all in-season and out-of-season player strength conditioning including both team and individual programming.
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree
Minimum two years of previous strength coaching experience preferable at the collegiate level
