Qualifications

• Experience with church or nonprofit administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities required.
• Ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee league administration from registration through season completion; including registration, scheduling, communications, and participant records.
• Develop and improve administrative systems, SOPs, to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for coaches and volunteers; manage records and vendor forms.
• Maintain events, registrations, and schedules in Planning Center and coordinate with church calendar.
