The Allen Agency is seeking individuals for a flexible remote opportunity helping families explore life insurance and mortgage protection options. No prior insurance experience is required, and we provide training, mentorship, and licensing support.

This role is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay. You’ll talk with potential clients, build trust, and learn the industry with experienced mentors while managing your own schedule from home.
