Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, part of Duke Health, seeks a Therapy Aide Level I/II to support licensed therapists, prepare treatment areas, and assist with patient care across PT, OT, and SLP services in a busy hospital setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma for Level I; a Bachelor's degree or licensure for Level II, plus ability to learn DUHS computer systems and maintain patient safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED for Level I; strong willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree or certification for Level II; relevant rehab experience preferred
• Knowledge of therapy principles and safety in patient care

Responsabilidades

• Assist therapists with patient care and prepare treatment areas.
• Transport patients and equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating inpatient/outpatient activities.
• Organize and stock inventory; ensure proper care and maintenance of supplies.
• Provide supervision to Level I aides and volunteers as needed.
