Job summary

Curative Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic surgeon specialized in sports medicine to lead and grow a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training or experience in Sports Medicine.
• Experience performing arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and hip procedures.
• Interest in joining a physician-led private practice with ownership potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and hip procedures including ACL reconstructions and labral repairs.
• Build a high-volume sports medicine practice with immediate referrals.
• Collaborate with staff and ASC to ensure efficient workflow and outcomes.
• Pursue partnership track with long-term ownership opportunities.
