Texas Health Resources is seeking a Physical Therapist for Sports Medicine. The role supports clinics across multiple locations, with a flexible schedule and potential assignments at East, North, and South clinics in Texas. Full-time (40 hours) commitment with cross-site coverage is required.

Required: PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), Texas PT license, and BCLS certification. 2 years of experience preferred; benefits package included; travel among three sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred or Doctorate in PT.
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care (quarterly).
• Texas PT License required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs age-appropriate patient assessment and establishes a plan of care.
• Obtains physician orders for therapy and validates appropriateness.
• Reviews medical records and gathers patient history.
• Evaluates patients and sets measurable goals with patients and families.
• Ensures informed consent and maintains safety during treatment.
• Documents all assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications per guidelines.
