DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager for the Sports, Media & Entertainment Sector. You will partner with sector leadership, lawyers, and firmwide colleagues to identify and pursue growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive go-to-market strategies across the sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in professional services.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sector-specific strategic plans with sector leadership to support business development and growth objectives.
• Lead and execute marketing and business development initiatives aligned with sector strategy.
• Drive cross-practice and cross-sector collaboration to identify opportunities and client needs.
• Identify and pursue client targeting initiatives and strategic business development opportunities.
• Develop and manage thought leadership campaigns, client alerts, and market-facing content.
• Lead sponsorships, events, and client development programs to maximize ROI.
