Job summary

SidelineSwap, LLC is looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-focused individual to lead weekend trade-in events and manage the company’s online store. You will build partner relationships, evaluate gear, and drive pricing decisions to maximize sales and monthly bonuses. The role offers equity opportunities and growth as the team expands, with a flexible schedule that includes Fridays–Sundays in events and WFH midweek.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service instincts and comfort talking to anyone.
• Entrepreneurial experience or a side hustle is a big plus.
• General sports knowledge; expertise in one sport preferred.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, non-traditional schedule.

Responsibilities

• Run weekend trade-in events and manage your online store.
• Build relationships with retail partners hosting events and evaluate used gear.
• Use trade-in software to buy gear and arrange shipping to our warehouse.
• Review performance metrics and price strategically to maximize sales and monthly bonuses.
