Akara Markets, a leader in real-time sports data, seeks enthusiastic Data Reporters to cover live games across local venues. This is a field-based, independent contractor role focused on accurate play-by-play input via our mobile tracking app.

You will travel to events, capture live actions and scores, and submit data in real time with precision. Training is provided, and ticket expenses for assigned games are reimbursed.

About Akara Markets & The Role

Akara Markets is a leading provider of real-time sports data, delivering critical insights to a global audience. We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as independent contractors, serving as Data Reporters. This unique opportunity allows passionate sports fans to engage directly with live games, reporting real-time play-by-play and scores using our proprietary mobile tracking application. This is a solo, field-based role focused purely on accurate data capture, not traditional sports writing or news reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel independently to assigned sporting events within your local area.
• Scout games meticulously to capture live, accurate details of play-by-play actions and scores.
• Utilize Akara's dedicated mobile live tracking application to input data in real-time, ensuring precision and speed.
• Maintain a high level of focus and concentration throughout the duration of games, often under dynamic conditions.
• Adhere strictly to all data collection protocols and guidelines provided by Akara Markets.
• Communicate effectively with Akara Markets support when technical issues or discrepancies arise.
