Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a results-driven Growth affiliate manager to lead the capper network end-to-end. You will recruit and onboard pick-focused creators, coordinate daily partner communications, and ensure content stays compliant while driving depositor volume.

With a focus on performance data, you will monitor traffic and conversion metrics, craft compelling creator briefs, and scale partnerships across social platforms. A networked approach with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing partner management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of relationships simultaneously without quality dropping.
• Real familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and online communities like Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, vet, and recruit new pick-focused sports creators to expand the capper network beyond its current 100 partners.
• Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, answering questions, sharing assets, and keeping creators active and producing.
• Enforce compliance standards consistently across the entire network, reviewing content and flagging or removing partners who fall out of line.
• Track creator-level traffic and depositor data weekly to identify top performers, underperformers, and gaps in the roster.
• Write punchy, compliant scripts and video concepts that creators can use to promote Polymarket in ways that actually convert.
• Run outreach campaigns targeting specific sports communities, betting forums, and social platforms where pick creators are already building audiences.
• Report on program performance to the Growth team and bring clear recommendations on where to invest more and where to cut.

About the Role

Polymarket's Growth team moves fast and runs lean. This role sits inside our affiliate program and owns the capper network end to end — a group of roughly 100 pick-focused sports creators who drive real depositor volume to the platform. The mandate is straightforward: grow the capper network and optimize it until it's consistently driving 10% of new depositors in any given week. That means finding the right creators, getting them onboarded, keeping them compliant, and making sure their content is actually converting.

The capper space moves at the speed of the sports calendar. Games happen every day, creators post constantly, and the line between good promotional content and a compliance problem is thin. We need someone who already understands this world, has relationships in it, and can manage a high volume of partners without letting things slip through the cracks.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing partner management

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of relationships simultaneously without quality dropping

• Real familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and the online communities where this content lives — Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord

• Comfort reading and acting on performance data — depositor counts, click-through rates, conversion by creator — without needing someone to interpret it for you

• Strong written communication skills — you can write a creator brief, a compliance note, and a recruiting pitch all in the same afternoon

• An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers you can bring to the table immediately

• (Plus) Background in performance or affiliate marketing analytics, including experience with tracking platforms and attribution tools

• (Plus) Experience writing or reviewing compliant promotional scripts for regulated or semi-regulated content categories

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
