Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator Soccer to enhance the experience for players and coaches across our soccer program. You will build relationships with players, parents, and volunteers while delivering instructional aspects of the program, observing coaches, and assisting with practices and games for all ages and skill levels.

You will empower volunteer coaches to lead sessions focused on fundamentals and sportsmanship, supervise game day operations, and ensure a fun, safe environment

Qualifications

• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Ability to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• Experience supervising practices and games
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and some evenings

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator Soccer is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
