BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking energetic After-School Sports Coaches to work with elementary students in structured basketball, soccer, and flag football programs across Prince George's County.

If you enjoy mentoring kids and want flexible afternoon hours (1:00 PM–5:00 PM), this part-time, after-school role offers 1.5-hour sessions, curriculum provided, no lesson planning, and opportunities for advancement within BBA Afterschool.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Basketball, Soccer, or Flag Football is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work with elementary students and follow a structured curriculum.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Prince George's County (PGC).
• Able to create a fun, safe, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to coach elementary-aged students in fun, structured sports programming throughout Prince George#39;s County.

We are currently hiring coaches for Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided
