High Performance Academy (HPA) in California is seeking a Sports Coach to lead engaging, age-appropriate after-school programs that build confidence, teamwork and leadership in youth. You will deliver quality coaching using prepared lesson plans and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
This part-time role supports program operations, attendance tracking, and collaboration with schools, families, and teammates to create meaningful growth experiences and mentorship.
Title: Sports Coach
Schedule: M, W, TH, F 11:00 am-1:30pm and Tuesday 11:30 am -2:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Our goal is to serve 100,000 youth by 2030 through experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills, on and off the field.
As a Sports Coach, you'll inspire the next generation by creating fun, engaging, and safe sports experiences that help youth build fundamental skills, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and lifelong relationships. You'll lead high-quality after-school programs, camps, and leagues while serving as a positive role model for students of all ages and abilities. This is more than coaching—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on your community through mentorship, movement, and meaningful relationships.
