Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Sports Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will drive in-house marketing initiatives and manage the rewards program to engage fans in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

Qualifications

• You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Certification in food handling and alcohol service (where required by law).
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; 2 years of restaurant experience and/or 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sports bar department's Team Member execution and overall performance.
• Lead in-house marketing initiatives and execute the rewards program.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
