Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Sports Bar General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive the fan experience. You will manage operations, marketing, and financial results to keep the venue at the top of its game.

You will oversee training initiatives, community engagement, and events, while mentoring the Management Team to deliver outstanding guest service and performance. Franchisee ownership applies, with rewards for results.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; real-world management experience valued.
• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team (OGM, To-Go, Service & Profit Manager, Operations & Kitchen Manager).
• Oversee local restaurant marketing and P&L results to ensure top performance.
• Drive performance, engagement and training across the team.
