Job summary

Sofive is seeking a Sport Associate Soccer Referee to officiate in our leagues and tournaments at Sofive Columbia. You will serve as the on-field contact, ensuring fair play and a safe environment for all players.

The role requires knowledge of soccer rules, strong communication, and the ability to make impartial calls under pressure. Evening and weekend availability is expected, and prior referee certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a soccer referee preferred.
• Certification as a referee through U.S. Soccer or other governing body preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled games promptly and enforce game rules effectively.
• Manage game pace to balance safety and competitiveness.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and other officials.
• Keep accurate records of game scores, fouls, and player participation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Attend training sessions and certification courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Position: Sport Associate Soccer Referee

Job Overview: Join our dynamic team at Sofive Soccer Centers as a Sport Associate Soccer Referee. • Ability to see and hear clearly to make accurate calls.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed.

Pay:$18.00 per hour
