The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) months of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and questions using effective sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Rawlings products and pricing.
• Provide accurate recommendations based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure items are stocked and organized.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
• Support store cleanliness and smooth daily operations.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.
