Job summary

House of Sport by DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking Retail Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional, experience-driven shopping environment. You’ll greet and assist customers, recommend sporting goods and apparel, and operate the POS system accurately.

You’ll support in-store experiences such as rock wall activities, field events, and product demos while keeping the sales floor clean, well-merchandised, and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the floor
• Recommend sporting goods and apparel to customers
• Operate the POS system accurately for transactions
• Support in-store experiences and events (rock wall, field events, demos)
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floors
