Job summary

Scheels is hiring for a merchandising/stocking role at our St. Cloud location. Responsibilities include unloading freight, tagging and pricing merchandise, restocking, and assisting customers.

The role requires organization, teamwork, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with opportunities to participate in Scheels’ employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory and merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise.
• Restock on the sales floor and bring products to display areas.
• Assist customers and sales associates with loading purchased items.
• Follow shop guidelines and merch guides for prioritization.
• Coordinate with shop managers on moves and display setup.
• Maintain orderly appearance in store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and as part of a team; multitask and stay organized.
