You will greet customers, manage inventory, supervise merchandise presentation, and coordinate with Departmental Management to implement the latest items and store ads. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with special orders and locate merchandise.
• Greet customers within the store and provide product knowledge.
• Ensure proper product rotation and restocking in multiple departments.
• Use the Farm & Home web intranet and Outfitters LMS as needed.
