Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands‑on position that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
• Use established platforms to communicate game‑day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Highly motivated self‑starter capable of working independently
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks)

Compensation
