Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches across youth leagues. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

You will observe, assess, and assist our coaches with hands-on involvement in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. The role includes empowering volunteer coaches, teaching core concepts including sportsmanship,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)

Job Summary
