Responsibilities

• Operate tubular wire spooler packaging equipment.
• Follow process specifications for machine setup and production.
• Maintain and track spooler changeovers.
• Complete machine setup/changeovers in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and visual quality checks.
• Enter quality checks into Route Card.
• Place nonconforming products on hold as needed.
• Monitor spooler to ensure quality output.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate with team leads and maintenance personnel.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
