Job summary

Techflex Inc. in Sparta Township, NJ is seeking a Spool Assembler to join our team. You will assemble spools, monitor and restock spool box inventory, and maintain a clean work area within the designated spooling stations.

The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work with minimal supervision, with an emphasis on prioritizing tasks and following procedures. Experience with inventory and assembly processes is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Spool Assembler is responsible for assembling spools and keeping the spool box inventory adequately stocked.

Essential Functions:

• Monitors and inspects spool box inventory.
• Inspects spool inventory at each spooling station to determine if it requires restocking.
• Collects all supplies needed to assemble the spools and assembles in designated area.
• Restocks spool inventory first then each spooling station with assembled spools.
• Keeps Spool Making Designated area clean and tidy on a daily basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
