Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is seeking a Sponsorship Support role to assist the Sponsorship Department before, during, and after the 2027 Show. Responsibilities include tracking sponsor assets, coordinating activation logistics, and serving as the day-of contact for the sponsorship team.

The role requires data entry and customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills, and willingness to work weekends and long hours during showtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and customer service is required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, with particular emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Sponsorship Department before, during, and after the Show.
• Track and fulfill assets for Sponsors and Donors; coordinate activation logistics.
• Serve as day-of contact for sponsorship team.
• Document and photograph sponsor signage and activations.
• Assist with Recap Book preparation and post-show closeouts.
