Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Two years of experience in business, academic, and/or government setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret incoming/outgoing documents and data for proposals and awards.
• Process documents using independent judgment to assess priority and actions.
• Maintain current knowledge of University policies, procedures, and sponsor regulations.
• Document, update, and maintain internal electronic research administration systems (myProposals, myResearch Portal).
• Navigate sponsor systems to support proposal submission and award processing.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Revise and update SPA processing procedures and propose improvements.
